Elizabeth Giles is a stay at home mom with a passion for cooking. After owning her own catering business for 13 years, she took time off to spend at home with her husband Ben and their three children Garrett, Wyatt and Evangeline. Seven Hills Baking was born after receiving more and more requests for her delicious cheese straws, which she delighted in gifting to friends and family. When she’s not in the kitchen you can find Elizabeth on the water somewhere reading a good book or at a concert for one of her many favorite bands.
